About Me

Hi, I’m Drew. I am characterized by a deep motivating passion for learning and feel driven toward understanding complex systems, big ideas, and the structures that govern our lives. I love to make inferences and applications from these ideas to help explain the world as I experience it, like how Prospect Theory can help me stay sane in traffic. My background in history (B.A. UCLA) and international studies (M.A. Chapman University) has equipped me with basic skills like writing, research and analysis that are critical for companies and organizations to succeed today. Coupled with my broad professional interests and experiences I come ready to contribute productivity and insight to just about any environment.

Besides loving to work with my mind I also love to work with people. I am energized by working with others and feel fulfilled through successful team projects and group coordination. In my experiences as president of clubs, captain of teams, founder of organizations, and leader of projects I have come to relish good leadership and the importance of fostering relationships with peers and clients.

I love to read and have a serious devotion to travel. I enjoy sports and athletics, frequently going on bike rides or taking hikes. I am recently married and now have a step son, Frodo the cat.
